Who we are looking for:

This position is responsible for performing detailed system tests and troubleshooting, understanding and documenting business processes, producing reports and recommending business process changes and/or new systems to support those processes. The incumbent will work to understand the strategic objectives of the Executive and translate them into achievable tasks from an information technology (IT) perspective. Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A customer service orientation
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiarity with Microsoft SQL.
  • Post-secondary education in IT (eg. Business Process Analysis, Computer Systems Technology, Computer Science), Business Administration (eg. Business Analytics, Business Technology Management, Data Management, MIS), or equivalents to one of these.
  • Project Management education or credentials an asset (eg. PMP)
  • Proficiency with Epicor Prophet21 ERP (P21) an asset.
  • Familiarity with our other SaaS providers an asset (eg. WhiteCup Solutions, Motivate.AI, Parspec, IDEA Connector, Microsoft Business Voice VoIP)
  • Proof you can work legally in Canada.
  • Full vaccination status is a requirement
