Job Description:

The National Performance Manager leads the strategy, planning, enablement, and execution of Financial Center events to support business growth. This role partners across Consumer Banking, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Risk, controls and other key stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant event programs aligned to enterprise objectives.

This candidate will translate strategy into execution by leading cross-functional initiatives, managing vendor partnerships, leveraging performance insights, and driving measurable business outcomes. Success requires strong relationship management, executive communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all Financial Center events
  • Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Risk, controls and business leaders to ensure events meet regulatory and governance requirements
  • Conduct routine reviews of the Client Management Center (CMC) Event Engine to ensure event compliance, providing targeted coaching and guidance when opportunities for improvement are identified
  • Manage third-party vendors and oversee event planning, budgets, timelines, and execution activities (travel required)
  • Analyze event performance and business results to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and performance updates
  • Drive associate readiness and develop enablement resources to support consistent execution across the Financial Center network
  • Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve growth, client experience, and enterprise objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills without direct authority
  • Experience developing and executing large-scale events, business development, or growth initiatives
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and vendor management practices
  • Deep understanding of the Financial Center operating environment and performance drivers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including executive presentations and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Client Management Center (CMC) Event Engine, driving effective event execution and management
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
