As a Product Manager in Data, Digital & AI, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide successful launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure toptier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. 
  • Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. 
  • Support the development and execution of business initiatives for Client360 Transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Participate in planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of business programs focused on process improvement and operational efficiency. 
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on best practices in business analysis and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to maintain and enhance processes and platforms. 
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure measurable business value. 
  • Leverage analytics, including machine learning and AI, to derive actionable business insights. 
  • Understand internal team needs and anticipate future requirements, collaborating across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics. 
  • Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions. 
  • Understanding of business integration techniques, data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management. 
  • Customer-centric mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver stakeholder needs. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business innovation. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Experience with emerging technologies and best practices in business analytics and CRM.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience in business process management, CRM systems, or related fields within a financial institution. 
  • Advanced degree 
  • Experience in ensuring customers and stakeholders are engaged and positive about delivered initiatives
