Job Description
DUTIES: Provide oversight of the tools, data, and resources to enable the sales team to drive the business. Responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Ensure their team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. Review company data reports and process market trends to build, lead, change company tactics, and increase sales. Produce revenue forecasts and devise methods of making more accurate predictions. Design and implement company sales strategies, working to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization and recommend revisions to existing reports. Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs, training programs, and data management programs. Stay current on company-wide and industry standard methodologies and trends in learning solutions. Mentor, develop, and coach talent. Performs other related duties as assigned. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office. Up to 25% domestic travel required.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or related field of study. Seven (7) years of experience as a Cross Channel Initiatives Manager, Business Operations Analyst, Retail Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst, or related occupation. Three (3) years of experience with the following: Data Analytics, including comprehensive reporting, forecasting based on market trends, and data analysis; Business Operations, including understanding and analyzing profit and lost calculations; Dealer Tracking Systems; Financial Analysis, such as profit and loss calculations, Gross profit, Fixed Coverage, and predictive Modelers; Global Automotive Sales, including Automotive Sales and Aftersales to understand market swings and create appropriate sales incentives; Global Automotive Marketing, including knowledge of how various marketing activities affect high/low demand parts, profit margins, associated costs of inventory, and how those variables impact Sales; Dealership Operations, including Dealer variable and fixed operations; and Variable Audience Communications. Two (2) years of experience with the following: Market Research, including understanding market trends and providing calculated predictions through research.
