  • Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and products are kept at proper temperature throughout the fulfillment process

  • Instruct, assign, and review the work of others; coordinate activities and address employee concerns as needed

  • Have authority to recommend employee discipline

  • Answer phones and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers

  • Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all department and company guidelines

  • Pitch in with other tasks or special projects as they come up

Your Skills

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and vendors through verbal and written correspondence

  • Identify problems and develop practical, timely solutions

  • Navigate computer systems confidently, including word processing, spreadsheet, email applications, and job-specific programs

  • Stay highly organized and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

  • Handle confidential information including sales reports, pricing, profit and loss data, and operational information with discretion

Reporting Relationships
