To thrive as an Online Sales Commission Representative, you need strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, often supported by some experience or training in sales. Familiarity with CRM platforms, e-commerce systems, and digital communication tools is typically required. Excellent communication, resilience, and self-motivation are standout soft skills for building client relationships and handling rejection. These skills are crucial because they drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and help representatives succeed in a competitive online sales environment.
