Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you focus on prospecting, qualifying, and booking opportunities for Security Guard Services, Patrol Services, Mobile Surveillance Units, A.I. Monitoring, and CCTV Solutions. This includes proactive outbound outreach and cold calling. You play a key role at the front of the revenue process, where strong first impressions matter. Your focus is to create interest, start meaningful conversations, qualify decision makers, and pass well-prepared opportunities to the sales team. Your work directly supports sustainable growth and long-term client relationships.

You work closely with sales leadership, operations, and support teams to ensure opportunities move smoothly from first contact through handoff.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email, networking, and field activity
• Identify decision makers and influencers within target accounts
• Qualify leads based on fit, need, and readiness
• Add qualified prospects to the CRM on an ongoing basis
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM records with contact history and follow-up activity
• Research target industries, competitors, and local market opportunities
• Support early-stage RFP and RFI discovery by gathering client requirements
• Follow up consistently on outbound and inbound inquiries
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth opportunity handoff
• Attend industry events and networking functions to generate new leads
• Become proficient in all company CRM and sales systems

Qualifications:
