Who we are

Weโ€™re a stealth-mode startup made up of a close-knit team of seasoned engineers who thrive on tackling challenging problems and delivering high-impact solutions.  Our culture is built on trust, autonomy, and the shared belief that the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and fearless experimentation.  We value deep thinking, rapid iteration, and the courage to question everything.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), youโ€™ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts. Youโ€™ll identify high-potential prospects, open conversations with decision-makers, and help refine our sales and outreach playbooks. Youโ€™ll work closely with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to startup strategy, fundraising, customer development, and partnerships in the fast-evolving world of AI.

This is a rare opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of AI innovation and business strategy โ€” and to learn how a technology company scales from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential customers in target verticals using modern prospecting tools and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to design outreach campaigns, refine messaging, and test go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls and articulate the value of our AI solutions to potential clients.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation, messaging, and content strategies.
  • Gather market feedback and translate customer insights into recommendations for product and strategy.
  • Contribute to building scalable sales processes and automation using AI tools.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building things from scratch.
  • Naturally curious about AI, emerging technologies, and how they solve real-world business problems.
  • Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to senior stakeholders and engaging in consultative conversations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role preferred (internship experience also valued).

Why Join Us

  • Shape the DNA of a product with massive market potential.
  • Work alongside a small, elite team with deep domain expertise.
  • Competitive equity, flexible work setup, and zero bureaucracy.
  • Build something that matters - with speed, autonomy, and purpose.
