This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys building relationships with pharmaceutical and life science clients, and can confidently lead strategic conversations that shape customer engagement solutions. As the US growth lead, you will focus on expanding market reach, opening new accounts, and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery while contributing to the long‐term success of the organization's US market strategy.

Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the US healthcare and life science landscape. Build trusted, long‐term relationships with senior stakeholders in pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations. Deliver compelling presentations and participate in industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings throughout the US.

Develop customized proposals, strategic engagement plans, and project outlines that address client needs and business challenges. Monitor US market activity, customer trends, and competitor movements to uncover new growth avenues. Partner with internal operations, account management, and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Support marketing initiatives aimed at US audiences, including digital outreach and social campaigns. Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, consistently progressing deals to meet monthly and annual targets. Grow existing accounts through thoughtful relationship‐building and by identifying opportunities to broaden service usage.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years' sales or business development experience within the US market. Background in healthcare, digital health, pharma services, or life sciences is beneficial but not required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong digital literacy and comfort using CRM systems and collaboration tools. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage senior‐level client relationships. Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem‐solving skills.
