POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the planning, administration, direction, coordination and supervision of the Business Development functions.ย ย ย  This position works collaboratively in development of revenue generation, income retention, and managing cost efficiencies for the organization.ย ย 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:ย 

  1. Collaborates with the C-Suiteย and Executive Committee in directing all aspects of revenue generation for the organization.ย  This encompasses new services, new markets, new affiliations, new contracts and new passive revenue.ย  Develops, coordinates and implements strategic growth plans to meet company growth objectives.ย ย 
  2. Responsible for overseeing vendor contract negotiations resulting in measurable cost efficiencies.ย 
  3. Conducts resource analysis and utilization analysis for cost efficiencies.
  4. Conducts cost per case or study for financial impact.ย ย 
  5. Responsible for identifying new passive income opportunities and investments.ย 
  6. Provides direction and support for the retirement plan.
  7. Provides direction and support for real estate needs.ย ย 
  8. Establishes and manages relationships with vendors and external resourcesย 
  9. Strategic project management as required.ย 

TRAVEL

Local travel to other Tri City Cardiology locations is required during the business day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications

  • Master's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Certified Public Accountant or related certification
  • Minimum ten years of business development required.
  • Minimum two years of experience in supervision required.
  • Proficiency in resource and utilization analysis and operationalizing cost efficiencies.
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare environment

Eligibility

All employees must be able to provide proof of their identity and their right to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Business development in Cardiology preferred.
