To become a business development analyst, you need a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar field. Experience in finance, business analysis, or business development is preferred. Other qualifications include the ability to multitask, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and stable financial judgment. You should be comfortable working independently and communicating with others, but you also need strong initiative for self-motivation. You need an eye for detail as well, as you must review monthly performance and monitor day-to-day activities.
