Job description

Job Description
A local management company is seeking a Building Superintendent/Skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee a 65-unit complex. You will be covering for medical leave and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, you must be on call when needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic general maintenance duties as required, such as painting a hallway, cleaning the floors, etc.
  • For higher end maintenance issues, diagnose the problem and call contractor
  • Monitor all contractors coming in for maintenance repairs

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must have previous Building Superintendent/Skilled Maintenance Technician experience
  • Must have the ability to perform basic maintenance duties
  • Must have strong diagnostic skills
  • Must be able to keep complex clean and orderly
  • Must be self-sufficient, a self-starter, and detailed oriented
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must have a solid work history
