In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge building automation systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management solutions, contributing to improved energy efficiency and user comfort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Configuration: Install and configure building automation systems, including sensors, controllers, and software applications to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Conduct in-depth diagnostics and troubleshooting of building automation systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and project managers to interpret system designs and execute installation plans, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Client Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients on system usage, maintenance, and optimization strategies to enhance system performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, service activities, and technical reports to ensure transparency and facilitate future troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Electronics, HVAC, Building Automation, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in building automation systems, HVAC controls, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and protocols used in building automation (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LON).
