Building Automation Sales Representative
Columbus, OH
Comfort Systems USA Ohio is growing our Building Automation Systems (BAS) team in Columbus and is seeking a Building Automation Sales Representative to help expand our BAS, HVAC controls, service agreement, retrofit, and integrated building systems business.
Are you currently working in building automation, HVAC controls, controls project management, estimating, inside sales, technical sales support, or a field controls role and ready to take the next step into sales?
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong technical understanding of building automation who enjoys solving customer challenges, building relationships, and wants to transition into a consultative sales career while remaining connected to the technical side of the industry.
This Role May Be a Great Fit If You Currently Work As a:
  • Controls Project Manager
  • BAS Inside Sales or Sales Support Specialist
  • Controls Estimator
  • Building Automation Specialist
  • HVAC Controls Technician interested in moving into sales
  • BAS Service Coordinator or Technical Account Support professional

What You'll Do
Partner with building owners, facility managers, contractors, engineers, and end users to identify and develop solutions for:
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) service agreements
  • Controls upgrades and system integrations
  • Retrofit and modernization projects
  • Energy optimization initiatives
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Long-term customer partnerships and account growth
