Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Automation Sales Executive to support growth across the Houston market. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and identifying building automation solutions that improve energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls, energy management, or commercial building technologies and enjoys working directly with owners, contractors, engineers, and facility managers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, contractors, consulting engineers, and facility managers
  • Identify new sales opportunities within commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and institutional facilities
  • Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for BAS projects and service agreements
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings to evaluate project opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and project opportunities
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and customer meetings
  • Stay current on industry trends, energy efficiency initiatives, and building automation technologies
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC controls, mechanical systems, or technical sales
