Senior Sales Executive – Commercial HVAC & MEP Services Location: Matthews, NC
Company: Facility Systems Services Inc. (FSSI), a Crete United Company

Facility Systems Services Inc. (FSSI), a Crete United company, has proudly served the HVAC and building automation needs of North Carolina businesses for decades. In 2021, we joined forces with Crete United—one of the fastest growing providers of commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) energy efficiency solutions across the U.S.

At Crete United, we don’t just sell building systems—we empower smarter, more sustainable environments for the future. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving that mission forward across North Carolina. This is your opportunity to work on a platform built for growth, surrounded by teams who are passionate, experienced, and results driven.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with deep experience in commercial HVAC and MEP services. Your focus will be on selling service contracts, building automation systems, and energy solutions across key industries such as healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial real estate.

Success in this role will be defined by your ability to build relationships, develop sales strategies, and close profitable contracts—while representing FSSI and Crete United with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and expand long-term client relationships to maximize recurring revenue
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience selling MEP, HVAC, or building services, with a track record of success
  • Familiarity with service contracts, building automation, facility maintenance, and energy upgrades
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving customer problems
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential
  • Vehicle allowance and expense reimbursement
  • Comprehensive benefits package - medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Career growth opportunities within a national MEP platform

At FSSI and Crete United, we’re not just growing companies—we’re building careers. If you’re ready to make an impact, apply today and become part of something bigger.
