  • A self-starter mindset with energy, resilience, and drive to succeed in the field.
  • Business acumen to discuss ROI, lifecycle value, and total cost of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your territory (50-75%).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Collaborate with internal operations, engineering, project management, and service teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Represent SBT at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Track your pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit or exceed your sales goals

Why You'll Love It Here
We believe that a fulfilling career goes beyond just a paycheck. Here's how we make sure our team thrives both professionally and personally:

  • Health & Well-being: Comprehensive Health Plans: Including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Competitive pay: Base pay range of $80,000 - $110,000+. Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
