Position Overview
We are seeking a Beverage Manager to lead and uphold a best-in-class beverage program in a high-end, high-volume environment. This hands-on leader builds strong bar teams, maintains brand standards, and supports overall operations across service, staffing, inventory, and guest experience. Responsibilities
  • Own and uphold all beverage program standards, including liquor, beer, wine, and bar consumables, while managing costs within budget
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
  • Lead, train, and develop bar and front-of-house team members through coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee daily operations including shift execution, scheduling, and floor support
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance

  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant
  • Extensive beverage knowledge with strong inventory, ordering, and cost-control expertise
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic
  • Hospitality degree preferred
