The Common Man Roadside is HIRING a food and beverage General Manager!
The F&B General Manager (F&B GM) for the Common Man Roadside will direct all aspects of daily operations in our busiest kitchen. Specific responsibilities include front of house and back of house operations and production, employee scheduling, product ordering and inventory management, team member training and development. The F&B GM has complete profit and loss responsibility for the location including active management of food cost and labor costs. The F&B GM will set the tone for their team by making our guests the priority; they must be an outstanding leader and team builder with a strong work ethic. As a senior level manager, the F&B GM will be very hands on and must be proficient in both front and back of house areas. The F&B GM will manage a team of managers and front-line staff, this position works closely with senior leadership to grow and develop future leaders for our organization.
This is a hands-on role that requires you to work the line as well as manage your office time.
