BDR is seeking a SharePoint Designer to join our growing team! This is a hybrid position that will be performed on-site in Washington, DC. This position requires US Citizenship with an active Top Secret clearance.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Designer to join our DOJ team as we continue providing support to modification projects upgrading, working sites and enhancing SharePoint capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Define consistent UI design framework; create storyboards, wireframes, journeys, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and visual prototypes
  • Develop approved designs into high quality, launch-ready, 508 compliant websites that incorporate user-centric designs
  • Experience with building websites that incorporate responsive web design
  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Define system requirements flows and interface requirements based on customer requirements and methods of transmission
  • Adhere to established methodologies while continuously analyzing processes for improved performance and adaptability
  • Maintain, update, and design new features, enhancements and content of existing websites and web applications
  • Capability to create custom features; create workflows, web parts and site template

Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of web design and SharePoint site design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • CSM Certification
  • Strong UI/UX experience on SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skill with the desire and capability to meeting the needs of clients and key stakeholders
  • UI/UX experience with Microsoft Power Apps preferred
  • Experience implementing U.S. Web Design Systems (USWDS) design principles preferred

The compensation range for this position is $95,000-120,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
