About the Role
At Buildots, we know that the key to growth lies in a high-performing sales team. We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as the vanguard of our market expansion, moving beyond lead generation towards true long-term relationship building.
As a BDR, you won't just be booking meetings; you will be identifying high-value opportunities, mapping complex organizational structures, and initiating meaningful dialogue with leaders in the construction world. You will play a crucial role in building the initial foundation of trust and credibility that leads to long-term enterprise partnerships.

  • Targeted Outreach & Personalization: Design and execute multi-channel outreach strategies that speak directly to the challenges of Decision Makers and Project Teams, positioning Buildots as a strategic solution rather than just a tool.
  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to qualify opportunities based on strategic fit. You will ensure a seamless, high-context handoff to the Sales team, providing them with the "intelligence" needed to win the deal.
  • Collaborative Pods: Work in close-knit "pods" with Account Executives and Marketing to align on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and ensure a unified brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of construction technology trends. Act as a consultant to our prospects, sharing insights on how AI and Computer Vision are reshaping the global construction landscape.

Requirements
  • Experience:1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B environment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to open doors and build relationships with new stakeholders through outbound outreach.
  • Drive for Results: Highly results-driven, resilient, and motivated to consistently achieve and surpass goals and targets.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Efficient: Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Tech Stack: Experience with Salesforce - is an advantage.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a good sense of humor.

Why Join Buildots?
Buildots has already experienced significant growth across, with 2025 marking a major acceleration in our commercial expansion and enterprise footprint. Our AI-driven platform is gaining strong traction across the construction industry, and we're building on that momentum with ambitious plans to scale even further in 2026. This isn't early-stage uncertainty; it's a company with proven product-market fit, real revenue growth, and clear ambition for what comes next.
As our BDR team continues to grow, you'll be joining at a powerful stage of scale, where demand is strong, the opportunity is vast, and performance is highly visible. You'll play a direct role in fueling our next phase of expansion while positioning yourself for development in a fast-moving, international environment. If you're driven by growth, impact, and long-term opportunity, Buildots offers all three.

  • Commuter benefits
  • Pet insurance
  • Voluntary life insurance
  • Voluntary short-term & long-term disability coverage
