Join Our Team as a Director of Single Family Construction!

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking to take the next step in your career? Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a Director of Single Family Construction to lead our team in Charlottesville, VA. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of single family construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. Join us in our mission to provide strategic consulting services to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all single family construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Review and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards
  • Estimate project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in construction management
  • Experience with fabricating, installation, and preventive maintenance
  • Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Ability to perform general repair work

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience.
