What You'll Do
As a Virtual Banking Call Center Representative, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while helping them confidently navigate a variety of banking products and digital services.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
  • Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer accounts, products, and services.
  • Process online account requests and assist with consumer loan-related activities.
  • Help customers navigate online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking platforms.
  • Troubleshoot online banking and technology-related issues while providing timely solutions.

  • Deliver first-call resolution whenever possible while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Process account maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete assigned operational tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support customers across multiple branch locations while providing a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Schedule

  • Hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Participation in a rotating Saturday schedule is required.
