Position Overview

We are seeking Bank Call Center Representatives to support a financial services organization. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account inquiries, online banking support, transaction research, debit card issues, and general banking questions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting customer interactions. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
