The Customer Service Representative will be working in a high-volume inbound call solution center. This position is customer-focused, requiring the ability to multi-task on telephones and computer software, coordinate and execute emails, and effectively locate solutions to customer problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An ideal Customer Service Representative is an excellent communicator and an efficient problem-solver, with an ability to maintain patience and composure at all times. As the front-line support for our clients and customers, your role is vital to our success as a company.

Minimum Requirements for CSR:
  • High school diploma required or GED equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a high-volume inbound call center
  • Ability to type 45 WPM with a minimum of 92% accuracy preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Answer customer calls promptly and courteously utilizing custom procedure.
  • Receive and respond professionally to all customer inquiries regarding services, disputes, billing questions, cancellation, and new customer sign-up.
  • Professional interaction with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer's issues.
  • Log and record information into customer accounts using a computer.
  • Resolve customer issues and adjust accounts, as necessary, with verification from Manager.
  • Process payments as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others.
  • Other assigned duties from Manager.
