Job description

Kramer Media is a 15-year-established coaching company that partners with leading brands in the dating, health, and finance industries. Through proven coaching programs, we help people improve their relationships, health, confidence, and financial direction.

We’re expanding our remote sales team and are looking for reliable, coachable sales professionals who want steady inbound call volume, clear systems, and the opportunity to earn based on performance—without prospecting or booking calls.

Role Overview

As a High-Ticket Sales Closer, you’ll speak with qualified prospects on pre-booked inbound calls, walk them through a structured consultative process, and help them decide whether our coaching programs are the right fit.

You’ll represent our partner brands on calls (white-labeled) and work within established scripts, processes, and training—while receiving ongoing feedback and support from leadership.

This role is collaborative and well-supported, not commission chaos or lone-wolf selling.

What You’ll Be Closing

  • Markets: Dating, Health, Finance
  • Offer Price: $4,900 (payment plans available)
  • Call Type: Warm and hot inbound calls
  • Daily Call Volume: Approximately 6–7 calls per day

Compensation & Earnings

  • Commission: 10% per sale
  • Typical Monthly Earnings: $10,000–$20,000+
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: $2,000–$10,000
  • No commission cap
  • Paid monthly on collected revenue

Your income is directly tied to closed sales, with consistent opportunity provided.

What We Provide

  • 100% inbound, pre-booked calls
  • No prospecting or call setting required
  • Established scripts, offers, and fulfillment
  • Structured 5-day onboarding and training
  • Ongoing call reviews and coaching
  • Clear expectations and workflows
  • Remote work with flexible structure

Qualifications

  • At least 3 months of sales experience (phone or Zoom preferred)
  • Comfortable having structured sales conversations
  • Open to coaching and feedback
  • Organized, dependable, and punctual
  • Able to follow SOPs and manage daily call flow
  • Comfortable working with basic tools (calendar, CRM, project management software)

Full-time availability (40 hours per week) required.

What Makes This Role a Good Fit

  • You prefer inbound conversations over cold outreach
  • You want clear systems instead of guessing what to say
  • You value support, feedback, and consistency
  • You’re looking for a long-term role with growth potential

You’ll be helping people make meaningful decisions—while building a steady, uncapped income.
