Fixed Operations Coordinator Job Description

Reporting to a District Manager/Area Manager/Market Manager/Fixed Operations Manager a Fixed Operations Coordinator advances the administrative processes necessary to deliver exceptional services to customers and employees at a limited number ofworksitesandfacilitatesthe flowof customer vehicles through the repairprocess.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership

Works with AM/DM/ROD/RVP toensure staffing levels meet existing and upcoming new business needs

Hires new Technicians and coordinates the smooth transition through orientation into regular service

Shares methods, aids, and techniques to enhance Technician performance

Proactively addresses performance deficiencies and takes steps to correct

Writes development plans when necessary

Administrative

Delivers superior administrative services to customers and employees within establishedtimeframes

Leads the implementation of high-quality administrative and organizational processes

Prioritizes, logs, and tracks operational workflow for use by all shop(s) employees

Manages billing and invoicing

Develops andmaintainspositive and productive relationships with customers

Answers customer inquiries, resolves issues, communicates repair statuses,maintainssupply inventory, controls quality

Submits timesheets, responds to information requests,maintainsworklogsand provides updates on work-in-progress

Coordinates repair estimates

Performs ADAS Scans

Creates reports, responds to information requests

Completes general administrative activities including answering phones, fax, data entry, ordering supplies,etc

Reinforces Company expectationsregardingprofessionalismie. customer service, quality, dress code

May act as direct supervisor in the absence of a Fixed Operations Manager

Maintains confidentiality

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Experience in an administrative support role

Ability to prioritize assignments from multiple managers

Proficiencywith iOS and Windows including MS Office (Word,ExcelandPowerPoint)

Credible and persuasive communication style

Self-motivated with the ability to complete assignments autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of NetSuite and Adobe

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$25.58-$32.04/Hour
