Job description

Position Summary
The Reporting & Data Analyst is responsible for extracting, consolidating, and delivering accurate, actionable data from multiple dealership systems and external sources. This role supports operational and strategic decision-making by transforming fragmented data into meaningful reports and insights. This is a full-time in-person position at our corporate office in Florence, AL.
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Reporting
  • Extract and compile data from dealership systems, OEM portals, CRM platforms, and third-party sources
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports for Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests with timely and reliable data
Data Quality & Analysis
  • Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
  • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities within dealership data
  • Document reporting processes, data sources, and logic for consistency
Dashboards & Automation
  • Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel and/or Power BI
  • Automate manual reporting processes where possible
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or related role
  • Must have Strong SQL, HTML and Python skills
  • Must have Strong Ai skills (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and web-based systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in automotive dealership operations
  • Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, VinSolutions, Elead)
  • Exposure to data automation tools (Power Query, APIs, or scripting)
  • Understanding of dealership KPIs (sales performance, inventory, service metrics)
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Microsoft Excel Expert (MO-201)
  • SQL Certification
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
