Job description

What Youโ€™ll Do:
Front Office Support:
  • Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments.
  • Send updates via text, email, or phone.
  • Assist with estimates, invoices, and customer communication (with training).
  • Help with follow-up calls, thank you cards, and declined service outreach.
Shop & Technician Support:
  • Assist with Digital Vehicle Inspections (photos, notes, check-ins).
  • Help start work orders and keep workflow moving efficiently.
  • Communicate between technicians and service advisors.
  • Help track technician hours and job progress.
Light Automotive Work:
  • Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and light bulb replacements.
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins and basic inspections.
  • Help maintain cleanliness of shop, lobby, and work areas.
General Operations:
  • Help with inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Assist with loaner vehicle coordination.
  • Support marketing efforts and shop organization.
  • Jump in wherever neededโ€”this is a true team support role.
