Location: Irving, TX

You'll be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, enhancing team productivity, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment.

  • Lead and manage your team when hiring, onboarding, training, and performance coaching new and existing team members.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices.
  • Promote a safety-first culture through proper training, oversight, and daily operational checks.
  • Manage team schedules, assign work, and monitor performance to achieve daily KPIs.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams to plan and execute daily shipping strategies and meet operational goals.
  • Oversee daily 3PL shipping operations and support continuous improvement initiatives that ensure timely and cost-effective product shipments.
  • Solve shipping-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization through 5S methodology and best practices.

Who are we looking for? Someone who...
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; OR 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
  • Has flexible schedule availability for multiple shifts and occasional weekends
  • Possesses experience managing diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus
  • Pays attention to detail and is a known problem solver
  • Is an excellent leader, communicator, and collaborator.
  • Is able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Is comfortable with standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights up to 30 feet in non-climate-controlled conditions
