We're Looking For An: Email Automation Intern

Location: Remote

Program Dates:
  • Start Date: September 14th
  • End Date: December 10th
Workload: Part-time, 25-29 hours/week

What You'll Be Doing: To optimize and own the day-to-day tracking and organizing operations of the Email Automation team. In order to scale efforts and projects properly, we need dedicated assistance with our organizational, QA, and data tracking needs to complete cross-functional efforts in a timely manner.

  • Transfer existing email copy from ESP to editable documents across multiple brands
  • Code new copy into email templates, including all formatting, links, and tracking measures
  • Maintain templates, and implement content updates as needed
  • Assist Email Automation Coordinator with QA as needed
  • Semi-weekly (2x/week) A/B test and other data tracking updates across multiple brands
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and people skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate recording of data
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma
  • Undergraduate course work in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

The base hourly range is $18 - $20
