Description


This role is an entry level position aimed at a blend of AI-focused project work, systems analysis, and consultation, helping leverage emerging technologies to optimize performance, drive automation, and improve outcomes. This role includes triage and remediation of solutions, as well as administration of basic and intermediate system features according to technical competence and training.  You'll work closely with senior management, technical teams, other stakeholders, and clients to deliver smart, scalable solutions that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level triage, response and remediation of tickets on the AI/Automation board(s)
  • Support AI and Automation projects post-deployment, acting as first level response.
  • Scoping, implementation and support of small scale AI/Automation projects.
  • Support AI-related projects including data analysis, automation solutions, machine learning integrations, and AI tool deployments.
  • Evaluate business processes and systems to identify areas for AI enhancement or efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for AI platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Stay current on AI trends and recommend innovative solutions that align with client needs.
  • Administration of client portal (CloudRadial) including research, development, and integration of features across all facets of the business
  • Develop and update knowledgebase for main Microsoft delivery platforms - Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.
  • Basic administration of third-party AI/Automation tools such as Pia, Krista, etc.

Requirements


  • Basic understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Conceptual experience with data modeling, process mapping, and business analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical detail into client-friendly language.
  • Ability to work across teams, including technical and non-technical.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or AI project role-preferably within an MSP, or recent education equivalent.
