Kirby Risk is seeking an Automation Specialist in Lafayette, IN to support customers with advanced industrial automation solutions, including Rockwell Automation technologies. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with consultative problem-solving in a growth-focused environment.


What You’ll Do as an Automation Specialist

In this role, you’ll partner with customers and our sales team to deliver forward-thinking automation solutions.

You’ll:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to solve complex customer challenges through a consultative approach
  • Support and promote advanced automation technologies, including Rockwell Automation solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and education to customers to improve their operational success
  • Assist customers in implementing solutions involving Industrial Controls.
  • Support automation initiatives tied to Industrial IoT in manufacturing environments
  • Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and technical expertise

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Functional knowledge of Industrial Controls
