Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize automated workflows using AI tools and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is passionate about leveraging AI (e.g., LLMs, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools) to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to implement intelligent automation systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs
  • Build and deploy solutions leveraging LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) for business process automation
  • Integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal systems for seamless data flow
  • Develop scripts and backend logic (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation use cases
  • Optimize lead generation, outreach, and customer support workflows using AI tools
