About the Role:

We're seeking an AI Automation & Integration Developer to help design, build, and support enterprise AI solutions for healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing code, integrating systems, automating workflows, and building AI-powered applications that solve real operational challenges. You'll work closely with our architecture leadership to develop conversational AI, workflow automation, API integrations, and intelligent business solutions.

  • Develop AI-driven voice automation solutions and conversational experiences.
  • Integrate AI applications with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and healthcare applications.
  • Build data transformation and normalization processes supporting AI workflows.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize deployed AI solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture, design discussions, and technical planning.
  • Develop automated testing strategies for AI workflows and integrations.
  • Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of production AI applications.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in one or more of the following:
