We are seeking an AI & Automation Specialist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence and automation tools across our operations as an in-office role. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking technologist who is excited to design, implement, and train others on AI-driven solutions—while also supporting day-to-day IT needs to keep our systems secure and efficient.
Responsibilities
AI & Automation (Primary Focus)
  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Develop AI-driven solutions for process automation, knowledge management, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to identify opportunities for AI adoption.
  • Provide training and support to staff on AI tools, ensuring smooth adoption and responsible use.
  • Stay current on industry trends and recommend emerging AI technologies aligned with Greenlink’s mission.
IT Generalist Support (Secondary Focus)
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, device configurations, and system permissions.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including cloud services, VPN, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or applied machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Zapier, or similar.
  • Strong IT generalist skills (Windows, Mac, networking, cloud platforms).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams with ease.
Bonus Skills
  • Programming or scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Experience in renewable energy, construction, or engineering industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
