The Opportunity
CACI has an opening for a Office Automation Clerk (OAC) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract to support Navy clients at CNAP N412, NASNI, Coronado, CA
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the OAC to provide Office/ADMIN Support under CNAP NFL Logistics Training Service (LTS) focusing on TYCOM & CVPAC clients.
  • Serve as primary POC for N41 Front Office
  • Answer and route incoming calls.
  • Screen visitors for N41 & N41P
  • Provide e-mail/correspondence support IAW Navy Correspondence Manual
  • Maintain file - both electronic and physical.
  • Oversee Office Supplies
  • Maintain ORG Chart, Recall roster, and Phone Directory.
  • Assist with update/publication of CNAP NFL Training curriculum.
  • Provide ADMIN support for CNAP NFL Team.
Qualifications:
Required
  • DOD Secret security clearance
  • High School Diploma
  • Must possess excellent grasp of the English language (i.e., grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
  • Minimum Experience: Experienced with office automation software (i.e., Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc., or equivalent), multimedia programs and equipment (i.e., personal computers, printers, copiers, scanners, fax machine, etc.).
  • Ability to type sixty words per minute with no more than three errors per page.

  • Ideal candidate would be a former Navy Enlisted YN or PN with CVN/L-Ship tour background.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
