WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position will be customer facing helping customers, trouble shooting inquiries and issues, answering phones. They may be standing for an extended period of time through out the day.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
** Customer facing clerk helping clients with online application
** Answering phone calls

** Resetting customer passwords
SKILLS NEEDED:
** Excellent customer facing experience
** Excellent communication and listening skills
** Previous front receptionist experience a plus
** Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
