O2 Employment Services is partnering with a local recreation area to find a friendly and dependable Reservation Clerk / Store Clerk. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public in a scenic, outdoor-focused environment. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to turn into a regular role for the right fit.
Reservation Clerk/Store Clerk Compensation:

  • $18 an hour

Reservation Clerk/Store Clerk Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Reservation Clerk/Store Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Operate point-of-sale system for store purchases
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the store and front desk area
  • Answer questions about the recreation area, amenities, and policies
