Job Description
Role and Responsibilities

Under some supervision, the Technical Writer provides programmatic support for the project.ย  The responsibilities will include the following:

ย ย ย ย ย  Provide QA for all written products from both a technical and grammatical standpoint.

ย ย ย ย ย  Interface with analysts and principle authors to complete products in an efficient and timely manner.

ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate with customers for the development and maintenance of template/formatting standards.

ย ย ย ย ย  Support the development of customer briefings.

ย ย ย ย ย  Support technical meetings.

ย ย ย ย ย  Support the maintenance of KM infrastructure.

ย ย ย ย ย  Support the production of monthly status reports.

ย ย ย ย ย  Develop documentation necessary for tracking, archiving, and capturing impacts of longterm research.

ย ย ย ย ย  Generate other programmatic documentation, as required.

ย ย ย ย ย  Other duties, as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements

ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's Degree (+1 years' experience), Associate's Degree (+3 years' experience), or High School Diploma (+5 years' experience).

ย ย ย ย ย  Must have experience in technical writing, with at least two (2) years include preparing technical documentation for cybersecurity or intelligence needs.

ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent written and oral communication skill.

ย ย ย ย ย  Extensive experience using MS Office Suite.

ย ย ย ย ย  Database use and curation a plus.

ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to integrate with fast-paced, multidisciplinary, small team.

ย ย ย ย ย  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.

ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to multi-task and support multiple complex elements of the project efficiently and effectively.ย
