Job description

Nextek, A Company of Kontron, is a niche market, technology-driven Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, founded in 1995. We offer precision electronic assembly and engineering services to customers with needs-driven, non-commodity products. We partner with companies who have unique product needs and who seek a high level of reliability, commitment, and professional service from their manufacturing partners.

Duties/Responsibilities
Gather and compile manufacturing, inspection, and quality records related to electronic assemblies.
Review engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specifications to extract required data.
Organize documentation and ensure all required records are complete and traceable.
Populate AS9102 forms (Forms 1, 2, and 3) in accordance with company and aerospace standards.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to obtain missing or unclear information.
Verify accuracy and completeness of data prior to final report submission.
Maintain organized records of completed FAI packages for internal and customer audits.
Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and templates.
Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with quality/document control systems is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and meet deadlines
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or quality-related field.
Experience in electronics manufacturing or aerospace/defense industry
Must be a US Citizen.
