Custom Learning Designs (CLD) is a leading provider of custom training solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies. At CLD, we support our customers in developing customized training for their commercial sales teams, medical teams (MSLs), patients, and physicians.

Freelance Medical Writer

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Medical Writer to join our team and develop high-quality, scientifically accurate content across a range of medical and pharmaceutical communications. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a solid foundation in the life sciences who can translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear, compelling, and accessible prose for a variety of audiences. This role requires the ability to independently research primary literature, apply sound analytical judgment, and synthesize findings into well-organized, detail-oriented deliverables under tight deadlines.
