  • Proactively address gaps, inconsistencies, outdated content, and opportunities to improve clarity, accuracy, structure, and usability.
  • Drive documentation updates through to publication.
  • Work closely with internal product experts (service owners, developers, and solution experts) to learn and validate technical details, workflows, and documentation requirements.
  • Partner with marketing copywriters to develop technically focused sales collateral (e.g., solution briefs and web-ready copy)
  • Ensure messaging is accurate, technically credible, aligned with go-to-market positioning, and clear for the intended audience.
  • Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and usability across all published content.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional technical writing experience, with significant focus on API documentation.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a documentation backlog and drive content from identification through publication.
  • Strong experience working directly with developers, service owners, and technical subject matter experts to validate accuracy.
  • Excellent ability to improve clarity, structure, and usability of complex technical content.
  • Experience producing or contributing to technical sales collateral (solution briefs, web copy, or similar).
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to accuracy, consistency, and audience appropriateness.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greensboro, NC.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience documenting APIs in enterprise or industrial/technology environments.
  • Familiarity with API documentation standards, developer portals, or related tooling.
  • Prior collaboration with marketing or product marketing teams on technical go-to-market content.
