Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst - Technical Writer to produce, maintain, and enhance high-quality technical documentation supporting developers, users, and business stakeholders.
This role works closely with engineering leadership to ensure documentation is clear, accurate, compliant, and aligned with architectural and governance standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical comprehension skills and the ability to translate complex system designs into structured, consumable content.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Documentation Development
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:
    • Architecture overviews
    • API and integration guides
    • User and customer-facing documentation
    • Internal engineering and operational guides
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content.
Engineering Collaboration
  • Partner with engineers and architects to document system designs, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and workflows.
  • Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams for clarity and consistency.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with governance, compliance, and internal standards.
Documentation Governance & Tooling
  • Maintain documentation repositories and version control practices.
  • Utilize documentation tools such as Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Support documentation lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and cloud-native systems.
  • Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs.
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and organizational skills.
