This position reports to:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. Each day, you will support managing and executing the project by completing administrative tasks within assigned workflows. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.

The work model for this role is: Remote

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Performance

  • Conduct analysis of planned vs. actual project performance.

  • Prepare materials and assist in project reviews.

  • Maintain and adhere to billing plan milestones.

  • Control documentation accuracy and consistency per agreed procedures.

2. Customer & Contractor Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and contractors.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of customer deliverables, including scheduling contractors and ensuring work completion.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

3. Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Track financials, issue POs, process change orders, and manage invoicing.

  • Review and process quotes for cost-effective solutions.

  • Build and improve assigned account scorecards.

4. Material & Operational Coordination

  • Research and order materials, coordinate with contractors, customers, and suppliers, and handle returns.

  • Utilize the company's service platform to monitor and track progress.

  • Ensure schedule flexibility (including weekends/nights) with limited travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, account management and/or project support, with demonstrated success in building relationships.

  • Construction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelines.

  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and motivation to achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.

  • Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services or willingness to learn technical aspects quickly.

  • Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments, with skill in handling ambiguity and conflict resolution.

  • Proven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers, meeting unique requirements.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $65,100 and $104,160 annually.
