Requirements

  • 4-6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand environmentsย 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detailย 
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projectsย 
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.comย 
  • Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print, digital, social, design)ย 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across campaigns, content, digital assets and brand initiativesย ย 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones, deliverables and deadlinesย 
  • Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on trackย 
  • Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillars-marketing, operations and commercialization-translating needs in both directionsย ย 
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standardย ย 
  • Manage risks, escalate issues, and course correct as neededย 
  • Manage external vendors or freelancers when neededย ย 
  • Maintain documentation, briefs and timelines in Monday.comย 
  • Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups and recurring status meetingsย

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
