Job description

Program Analyst 1

MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Program Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Functions:

  • Planning/organizing meetings, training sessions (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team) and workshops (e.g., program/progress review meetings).
  • Preparing training/seminar content (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team), presentations, activities, etc.
  • Preparing technical reports, including technical editing/writing, preparing briefings and other documents, materials for presentation, etc.
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing classified and unclassified correspondence packages, coordinate concurrence with program offices, and monitor completion status.
  • Maintain calendar / meetings / appointments, training records completion status.
  • Conducting training effectiveness surveys to provide feedback (for Contractor and/or members of its Subcontractor Team).
  • Maintain weekly task lists and action items status, including preparing weekly and ad hoc reports.
  • Provide travel support and prepare travel reports, including preparing annual/ad hoc travel estimate reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current, active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree in management or business-related field. Eight (8) years of relevant experience is equivalent to a four (4) year bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum two (2) years of government experience
  • Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Location: This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, DC 20585, Germantown, MD 20874 or Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA

Salary: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. The salary range for this position is $85-95K.
