As an Operations Processor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our data center operations by coordinating maintenance activities, managing communication with clients and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation of all processes.

In this position, you'll handle duties such as data entry, email correspondence, technician dispatching, and alarm monitoring, with the responsibility to escalate issues promptly when needed. You will follow established procedures, participate in team meetings, and adapt to evolving workflows, all while contributing to a seamless operation.
