Job description

Job Title: Associate Operations Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Location: Remote (US)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Operations Analyst to support its Fantasy Sports product team. This role focuses on administering and monitoring daily fantasy games during live sporting events. The ideal candidate has strong sports knowledge, enjoys working in real-time environments, and is comfortable handling accuracy-critical tasks during live games.
This is a hands-on operations role supporting fantasy contests across major professional and college sports.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Monitor live sporting events to ensure accurate scoring and contest integrity
โ€ข Set up fantasy contest parameters and question sets for upcoming games
โ€ข Collaborate with the product team on contest ideas and formats
โ€ข Engage with users and fans via on-platform discussions during live events
โ€ข Independently manage live-game operations with strong attention to detail
โ€ข Track live games, player updates, transactions, and social media to flag newsworthy items that may impact contests
โ€ข Required Qualifications
โ€ข 2+ years of experience in fantasy sports, gaming, or contest operations
Strong knowledge and passion for major sports, especially:
โ€ข NFL & College Football
โ€ข NBA & College Basketball (men's and women's)
โ€ข MLB
โ€ข Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on game schedules
โ€ข Experience working with data and comfort using Google Sheets
โ€ข High attention to detail and ability to perform under live-event pressure
Preferred Qualifications
โ€ข Experience working in sports or sports-adjacent environments during off-peak hours
โ€ข Familiarity with sports betting concepts (odds, spreads, sportsbooks)-no betting experience required
โ€ข Background in live sports operations, fantasy platforms, or sports data roles
