Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation


In this role, you will:

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Demonstrated experience with cash vault operations and high-volume cash handling, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance
  • Proficiency in 10key numerical data entry, with speed and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience filling orders and processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Working knowledge of cash sorting machines, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling financial materials
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a demanding, deadline-driven operational environment requiring consistency and reliability


Job Expectations:

  • Training: 2 weeks (on the job training) 8am- 2:30pm or until work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business)
  • Hours: Mon -Friday 8am-2:30pm or Flexibility to work scheduled hours until all daily operational tasks are completed, with schedules adjusted based on business operating needs
  • Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods (6-8 hours or more per shift) in a physically demanding environment
  • Regularly lift, pull, and maneuver 50+ pounds, including vault-related materials
  • Willingness and availability to work additional or extended hours as business needs require
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Standard hours: 30
