Salary:

The chief objective of the Associate Coordinator is to be responsible for the provision Quality Improvement of Jerolin Management Services programs. Assist the QI Coordinator in managing and supervising ID Waiver programs and staff. Provide technical assistance and training to residential and/or day support staff who provide supportive and skill-building services to individuals who are intellectual disabled. Skill-building and assistance includes but are not limited to the following areas: meal preparation, housekeeping, social skills, and community integration. Provide quality improvement on all required documentation such as daily support notes, data collection, person centered review reports and other information deemed necessary. Duties also include collecting data for the Quality Improvement Plan. The Associate Coordinator will work cooperatively in coordinating services such as documentation management, medication reporting, filing, and auditing charts etc., in response to improving the quality of Jerolin Management Service, LLC. The Associate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Quality Improvement Duties with QI Coordinator.
